Water? Clouds? Sand? Like poetry, pictures may be in the eye of the beholder.
Water. The water was so calm that day that you could see the stones below.
Tracy: I was thinking of how the ordinary generally *is* extraordinary, when you take the time to truly notice it. I don’t know if that’s what the quote was getting at exactly, but it’s what I thought when I read it.
