I can remember as a kid fishing in a very clear mountain lake where you could watch the fish come up and take your bait.

Are your toes cold?
I grew up in the land of red dirt, where if the water is more than a couple of inches deep, you can’t see anything…maybe not even your feet! Pictures like this always amaze me. If I were there, I’d have to dip my toes or my fingers in, even though it’s cold.
Perhaps you and the pups need a road trip!
